Meet Teddy
Teddy Shonka, born and raised in Cedar Rapids, IA is currently ranked in the top 1% of all realtors in Arizona, grossing more than $75,000,000 in recent sales. Since 2012, Teddy has helped buyers, sellers, and investors in every price point, all over the Phoenix metro area. As a member of the White Mountain Realtor Association, Teddy also assists buyers and sellers in the Pinetop/Show Low area buy and sell their 2nd homes/vacation rentals.
Teddy currently works for Arizona's largest real estate brokerage which year over year ranks in the top 10 brokerages for sales volume and units sold in the United States.
After graduating high school in Iowa, Teddy attended South Dakota State University on a football scholarship. Graduating with degrees in Health Science and Business Economics. Following graduation, Teddy moved to Arizona in 2012 and obtained his real estate license a couple months later.
Teddy enjoys golfing, wood working/home renovations, playing frisbee with his dog, and spending time with his family in beautiful Arizona!
